Bellcrest Web Design is a new endeavour. I originally started this site, just a short while ago, as Belldale Designs, but because my other all consuming, 25+ years, hobby is dogs, Bellcrest Boxers Perm Reg'd, the two names confused some people, so I decided to use Bellcrest for both ventures.
I have designed a few websites for friends in the past using graphics available from various graphic designers on the net. I was so impressed with their work, and the fact that they freely share it for non commercial purposes for just a link back to their sites.
My life took an unexpected change, and I found myself unemployed with time on my hands. So, I downloaded Paint Shop Pro 5 and started to play. I was more often frustrated than creative. I started doing some wonderful tutorials that I found online, and lo and behold I started to understand how this was done. Some of the best tutorials I found were at Web Graphics on a Budget done by a wonderful lady named Mardi.
As I progressed I became more and more addicted to this wonderful program PSP5. I can truly call myself a PSPaholic!!
I then discovered two wonderful forums. The first, Debbie's Graphic Discussion Forum, and the second, The Paint Shop Pro Users Group. There are so many helpful people on these forums.
It is thanks to the above that I am now able to offer some of my own designs. I have decided to offer my graphics free for those that would like them for personal pages only. Please do NOT use them on pages that are not suitable for family viewing.
Terms Of Use
If you have a commercial page and/or design pages for a fee, you should contact me if you would like to have some custom graphics made. Please email me.
My filenames and image locations will be changed frequently, so you should download the images to your hard drive and then put them on your own server. Linking directly to them should never be done and will eventually cause you to have a page with broken images!
If you do use my graphics, a link to my site should be placed on the page(s) where the sets or parts of sets are displayed You can use the coordinating buttons that come with each set, or a text link:
Please don't modify my graphics in any way, or use any parts of them to make graphics of your own (other than the blank buttons provided in each set). If you see something here that you like, but would like some small changes with the graphics, (banners, customized titles, colour, etc) contact me and I'll try to help.
